service guy has came out to the house 4 time to repair a 2 week old l brand new may tag washer. washer and dryer were o were $1700. Washer not working even after the tex looked atc4 times.
Our technician, Enrique Rojas, was great. My washing machine is less than 6 months old and a sheet got stuck between the agitator and drum. When I tried to pull it out it just got stuck worse to the point the sheet (also brand new) tore a little bit and by then the agitator was out of alignment. Enrique came out at the 1st available appointment, assessed the problem, ordered a new agitator and came back as soon as possible to fix my machine. He was fast, dependable and the machine is working fine again. Thanks Enrique!
