Danny was very professional as well as friendly and thorough. He also was very knowledgeable about the over-the-oven microwave that needed warranty installation service. As a result, I'd probably call you offices when I have other appliance repair issues.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! My washer broke on 10/2 and they came out on 10/6. Didn't have the part and had to order it, telling me it may take 5-7 business days. I wait 7 business days, call and wait on hold a minimum 15 min each time, and they tell me the part will not be in until 10/28. I call Whirpool and set something up for this company to get the part early. They finally get the part on 10/22. I call them on 10/23 to set the appointment and they tell me they can come on 10/28.
