The repair guy Hector is great and very professional. As for the warranty company terrible. This is my third Whirlpool fridge in 2 years due to problems. My issue with your company is why does it take 6 weeks and me having to involve Costco to get this part repaired which took him honestly 1 minute to change out. I tried filing a claim which I got disconnected on 2 phone calls totalling an hour and the repair guy had to come out 2 times, 1st to verify and he was told by you guys it was out of Warranty(wrong I have 7 years to... read more
