This washing machine has been repaired 4-5 times you rebuilt the whole thing. I think it's terrible how you just don't let me upgrade it and buy one that works. I will never do this again buying these warranties is lie. I'll make sure everyone knows. Rose Kirvan 209 229 0893
they came to my house for a repair, did the diagnosis,and left 2 weeks later came back to finish the job...nothing was fixed, the same problem still there. now most likely will come back again do a new diagnosis and comeback in another 2 weeks...i had to throw away a lot of food that was spoiled.

Worst customer service I have EVER received. I was given a 4 hour time window for a repair technician to come fix my oven. Being a busy person, I was out of the house prior to the beginning of that time block. I waited until 10 minutes after the latest they were supposed to show to call customer service. I noticed they had called 2 hours prior to the scheduled time to tell me the technician was going to come early. The technician was helpful and polite. He fixed the problem with our washer. However he left the washer sitting in a large amount of standing water. Even if he didn't feel it was his job to clean up the water, he should have given me the option to clean the water up myself before mounting the washer back on the pedestal. It took me forever to clean up the water with the washer standing in it. I felt he was hurried and didn't take the time needed to finish the job in a adequate manor.
