The technician saw the problem and decided to ignore it base on a technically. Sometimes a censor may not indicate that there is something wrong, but if you are seeing that clearly there is a problem why not give it a thorough inspection. Please train your specialist better.

I appreciated the great communication from the staff making the appointments. I also thought my tech did everything he could at each appointment and only had to return at a later date due to needing additional parts. My tech was respectable, wearing his face mask at all times and making sure I knew what was happening at his visits.

In May have taken two weeks to get the parts to fix the washing machine but the did as they stated in a timely manner and were professional in every way, even in my home.
