What a joke! Patrick showed up ... I explained my problem and he practically called me a liar! He refused to even check out my washer and see if he could figure out what was wrong! He said it was IMPOSSIBLE for my Maytag (brand new) to be doing what I said it was doing ... I had photos and articles to show him and he still said it's impossible and left! Refused to check out the issue and nearly laughed at me! Urners of Bakersfield and Maytag have been no help! I will never purchase from them again! Either one of them!

He checked everything and offered a suggestion to avoid the problem. He found nothing wrong with the Maytag washing machine. The problem I am having cannot be solved due to the environmental requirements. How sad! I wish I had repaired my old Kenmore machine. My clothes were clean and not wrinkled. We used plenty of water and the machine washed heavy rugs and dog bedding for thirty years.
