They are absolutely horrible. Whirlpool sent them out to fix my washer. The latch broke. The service guy came out to repair it today and did not put the drain line in after he pulled out my washer. Now my whole house is flooded.

Had an ancient set of 2002, maytag neptunes, loved the units. Eric was very kind and professional. Ran washer through programs, but to no avail. Washer was on its last leg. So old control panel was unavailable. He got it working, but said it would eventually fail again. It did after 3 loads. Buying a new set. 18 years out of w/d isn't bad. ARS had done previous repairs on the units over the years. Thanks guys for keeping them going so long!
