the tech came to the house to look at our washing machine.To my knoledge he never saw the machine, he dodn't touch it. he never lifted the lid, he didn't bush a button nor look for codes. he listened to my wife's discription of the problem and told her it wasn't worth fixing, you need to get a new machine and heres my bill. he's so smart he didn't even need to look at it.
