Apple forgot how to help the customer. I have an iPhone 7 for 3 weeks and it has internal problems but they can not give new one you have to send it out and wait a week and use a loaner
Employees that directly helped me were friendly, however I got skipped in line once I was at a computer. I sat there for 25 min unnecessarily and had no one ask if I was being helped, had to ask someone if I should be waiting this long. He said no, apologized, and helped but probably had someone walk by me about 30x.
Granted I did not have a appointment. Checked in and was told it will be 1 to 1 1/2 wait. Waiting 1 hour 45 minutes and still waiting�
The dentist office I just came from was a more enjoyable experience. Your just a number in line like at the DMV.
I dropped and smashed my iPad. I walked into the store at 11:45 for an 11:50 appointment. 40 minutes later, I have a replacement iPad and all my data, all my apps and all my folders are right where I left them! And I got technical support for my iPhone - problem fixed. And the enrolled me in their business solutions group! Free technical advise on using all my Apple products more efficiently!! Awesome!
