RecommendedApple! I’m writing this In hopes that you will see this and help! My kids are home from school due to the school shut down, and the programs used for online learning in her class are only compatible with iPads. I don’t have money and I hoping your company can donate an iPad to my kids so they can continue learning at home. This would be soooo appreciated and would help my kids continue their education ♥️ Love a mother in need!

Had to get a new battery installed after Apple held it hostage for a month and a half, the place was crowded with no counter and no one stepping up to help you, thanks to the great customers not the store for helping me get checked in, after that and an hour wait I guess everything was OK, I was not going to stay and find out. Words of wisdom please check out Microcenter of Columbus, OH, they service both Apple and PC World Class, you might learn something from them, good luck.
Went to the Apple store to have my iPhone looked at / warranted. Was told they are limiting walk ins for service due to the Corona Virus!!! I could schedule an appointment 3.5 hours from now. All this to limit the amount of people they have to interact with!! So 20 plus apple staff that don’t offer diagnostic services aren’t affected? This place is full of bodies!!! Really!! how about using universal precaution methods and not turning customers away? D- for for service ... way to go Apple!!
