Hope I never have to go back. Waited over 15 min just to pick up pre ordered phones. Felt like I was being ignored but the representative that finally waited on me was excellent and I don't fault him for anything. This was just not my kind of environment felt uncomfortable being around all the Apple nerds and I forgot to button my top collar button or wear my corduroy pants with my sandals and gray socks with red toes and heels.
I went there to get the screen on my iPhone changed and they took care of it.i just had to wait because they were really busy.Besides the fact that I had to wait everything was fine
