Let's hope this new MacBook won't have the same fate as the highly publicised 12-inch 2015 Macbook (A1534) which will be Apple's next recall due to the Logic Board failure causing random power off/dead. I’m incredibly disappointed in Apple right now. I’ve been an iPhone user for over 10 years because I love their product. I purchased an iPad 7th edition the beginning of February. I’ve had issues from almost the beginning. It crashes in the middle of programs. I’ve had it in the store twice and sent it back for service. They said they couldn’t duplicate the problem and sent it back. It is still crashing when I am reading an article on Facebook. It’s happens on other programs too, it mostly Facebook. It has a year warranty and I think they should replace it with a new one. Any suggestions.
After about 3 weeks of having my 13” MacBook Air ($1200). My MacBook decided to just stop connecting to the internet. I called Apple Monday March 23 2020 to troubleshoot. The advisor tried to troubleshoot the issue . Having me alter settings, run reports, etc. She reached out to her leadership who told her to tell me to contact my internet provider.
