What a mess. Even with an appointment they run about an hour late. The only place to sit is a hard stool, no back to lean against. This was my second experience there. Both the same. Finally just got up and left after an hour. Never going back.

I had the terrible experience of hearing about my wife’s in hospitable experience with a customer (not so service) oriented employee named Trisha. My wife’s phone completely died, iPhone 7, and she lost all her data and Trisha told her she didn’t have time to assuage her concerns. Completely lacked empathy and shouldn’t be there. After spending another 800$ at the store for a new phone and complete loss of all data on the phone with no help even though she had the cloud.
