Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour to be told that our appointment would have to be postponed to another day. Rep refused to look at our phone and was rude and dismissive. Awful location.
What's the point in making an appt to drive an hr away to get your phone fixed only to get there and be told sorry our system is down we are taking first come first serve and we can get to you in approx 1-1/2 hours.. Really Apple!! Even with the email proof of appt?!?! You couldn't think to call corp and have them notify customers Or send you your appt listing?? You don't have a backup plan in place?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!!
I love it! Wish I got the name of the young woman that helped me. She was so patient. I went with my new ipad and only knew how to turn it on. She helped me set up apps and other things. I made an appointment, was seen a little earlier and wasn't rushed at all. Appears very organized.
