snooty employees. Not like the Apple Store of old. Don't know what happened to this location but they always feel understaffed and rushed. When you are buying $800.00+ phones and $700+ watches to go with them, you don't expect to be rushed... when you need service you shouldn't have to wait 6 days for an appt either; Oh Apple you need to fix this ASAP.
I honestly hate going to this Apple Store. They take forever to do ANYTHING. I literally went in there simply to replace my charger because the Chargers SUCK and fray at the end. I only use my apple charger because I have been told multiple times that's the best options because I can come in and get a new one if anything happens to it. The guy told me I had to wait a hour and a half to get a Genius Bar appointment to get someone to look at my charger that a five year old can tell is broken. I will probably never buy Apple again. I have to wait until Thursday for someone to LOOK at my laptop? Is that why I paid so much money for this thing? Over priced for the lack of support. Yesterday I tried to call the store. I got an operator who transferred me to someone else, accidentally transferred to yet another person who had to transfer me again only to find out it will take me 5 days to get my laptop looked at! I tried walk in. Told I can't even get help today as a walk in.
