The DMV of The 21st Century. Checked in at 2:15 told 1 hour wait, not seen until 5:00. Ridiculous.
Our interaction with the Apple Genius went well. However, the person who checked us in, messed up and did not in fact check us in. Given that it was very crowded we didn't realize that there was a real problem with just us until we had been waiting for an hour. It's a nice place to hang out, but not THAT nice.
i sat in the store for 20 mins before being helped and only because my wife threw a fit as she was walking out as we watched many people who came in after us being helped i dress the way i do when i go out to spend money for this reason and it just proves my point from the retail side of things dont judge a book by its cover!!!!!!!
Dropped off a defective watch now over 14 days ago. Was told 3-5 days I'd get replacement. No one at the store has any answers and is in no desire to help. Usual corporate response, "were backed up on sending stuff out"
Aint coming back... made an appointment and almost an hour later......still waiting....ill try another store next time. #patiencedontpay
