Technician was rude and wait time is awful. I was not happy with the service and walked out.
Awful customer service. Eleven people in front of me --most walk-ins--and I have a scheduled appointment. When I questioned it the clerk told me to be patient. Ridiculous
Service was lackluster. They were running a hour behind - this is Apple, couldn't they email you to let you know?
