I am not happy. Made an appt days in advance to get battery replaced. When I arrived I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. Returned at the appointed time. Not ready. Waited another 45 minutes. Finally got my phone. Got home and found the camera does not work now. Cannot facetime, not sure what other problems I may encounter. Guess I have to waste another 3-4 hours tomorrow.

The store is not well-managed, however, the techs working here are knowwfsgeable and generaly friendly...it's the "getting to that point" that is the real issue. Wait times are purposely inflated i.e. "Your wait will be three hours!" But the text that they are "almost ready for you" leads you back to the store where you WILL wait. Sigh. This last visit for me was for a cracked screen (that s third-party replaced) that caused my iPhone 5C to stop responding. RecommendedIt took 2+hours to correct my problem. But the outcome... it was corrected
Waited5 days for a 3:00pm appt. and then another 30 minutes before being helped.
Excellent customer service. Just keeping my fingers crossed that the repairs made will last!
