The worst experience to date. Completely unable to get in touch with them regarding my MacBook Pro repair. The technical side has been unable to contact them for 2 days. My computer is still at the store and I should not have to make a second trip in person just to obtain the necessary information.
Apple Columbia in Maryland, I am beyond upset at the treatment I received today at the Apple store. They have officers guards, and said I need an appointment, I told them I just had an appointment and drove an hour out of my way to Reston VA Market street store because I had a scratch on my new IPhone 12. I was beyond upset after spending $800 dollars, so they said they would give me a new phone for $ 29.99 cost. I accepted but it was not a new phone. Extremely rude customer service. Lack knowledge in their own policy. Refused to release my iPhone to me because I did not have an ID. Although the person who’s name was on the credit card used to purchase was also with me they refused to release it to them also. Their rules online say that they can release it to the purchaser. They made me run to my car to get my registration and also a piece of mail and when I returned they said it wasn’t good enough. So why did they ask me to go and get it at all.

This will be one of multiple places I will be logging my complaint. I just wanted to get my battery replaced on my 2 year old iPhone 6s. I had an appointment on 9/7 at 10:35 am, was told at this first appointment that since my phone had been replaced 2 years ago there was a mismatch with the serial # (or something like that) and I needed to come back after 24 hours . Worst customer experience ever. Rude employee who should not be in retail. Very confrontational. If it was not for Mike I would of gone home and returned all my apple products and left them there. No response from any manager yet. Guess not a big deal.

Brought phone is for service, due not working after new software up date. Phone completely off!!! Apple send out for service get a call to come and pick up. Try to active it with carrier but unable because they switch my phone with a Sprint carrier. NEVER in my life had I had Sprint. I have been with same carrier for 10 years. The two “genius” they try helping, are hinting I switch the phone!!! This is what I brought to the store get fixed.
