Apple Columbia admitted that their update corrupted my iphone 7 so that it couldn’t connect to the network but will not repair it unless I pay 150 to get my cracked screen fixed(separate issue that has nothing to do with the network)... so they basically turned my phone into a brick and then told me I need 150 to make it work again. The customer service here sucks. My friend had an appointment there today and the (I guess) the greeter/hostess argued with my friend and the guy she took her phone to was very argumentative! I was on the other line and heard everything and was upset for my friend. I do NOT recommend this location for anyone! HOW RUDE OF THEM!!!!

Let's start by assuming I am the regional sales manager for Apple in charge of this store. Two options: Shutter the place as it does no social good. Not a good option because the wealthy surrounding region is cellular telephone and electronic device heaven. Second option: Put a competent manager in charge of the twenty-something geniuses (store employees) and add a sense of urgency to the services provided.
