RecommendedLouise solved my problem...I had just left the upper west side store, they were about to close the gentleman at the door told me to go to the 5th Avenue store..Maybe my phone needed a woman's touch lol..I was paying 13.000 for the 12 by the way....I may go back and trade in my 5 and iPad for SOMETHING...
