Waited in line this morning to get a new battery. (Arrived at 9:40) These employees were so well organized and friendly as they opened their doors. I was able to get a battery today but only because I was in the front of the line. Great customer service.
I’ve come to this store for years to purchase gear and have my Apple merchandise repaired. The Genius Bar has always provided superb service and the techs go out of their way to provide free service. Customer for life.
Typically when you think of an Apple store around the holiday season, a sense of dread and an expectation of waiting in a packed environment come to mind. My family came to the Columbia location and were pleasantly surprised with the fantastic customer service we were greeted with. Went there to pick up my iPhoneX on release day!!!!! was in and out in 10 minutes! Amazing people! Amazing Store!
If I could give 0 star, I would. The staff here were completely rude and incompetent. one lady (a manager, I think) gave me a disgusting look and didn't even help me figure out a solution. later on, my dad purchased a MacBook Pro for me as a gift from Delaware (no sale tax) but he didn't know that there is a student discount. I brought it in, the guy didn't even tell me that they were going to deduct the tax from my $100 discount and went ahead and proceed with the exchange.
