It took a while ( no fault of theirs) but Marcus finally figured out how to get into my iPad that had pics of my mother who passed away last year... I cried happy tears and so thankful!
I setup appointment over a week ago for replacing my iPhone 6 plus battery, waited for a half hour to be called then I was told they are out of the battery. To make it worse, after doing a few diagnostic on my iPhone and I was told they wouldn't replace my iPhone due to a third battery which I had to replace in November 2016. Made an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement. Arrived early, checked in and was told they don’t have any in stock. But wait over here and someone will be with you. After 15-20 minutes, a guy comes and tells me they don’t have them in stock. (As if I hadn’t already been told that). After expressing frustration that I took leave from work and made an appointment a week ago expressly for the replacement, he says Oh, we do have one (hmmmm) It’ll be 3 hours to replace it. Had an appointment to replace my battery. It was so loud and crowded and chaotic. I waited a long time and the appointment only lasted long enough for the tech to order a battery for me that won’t arrive until March. Afterwards I went to look at AppleTVs. There was no written info with the display an no one approached me to help so I just left.
We just walked in to check our phone battery. The staffs from there are very friendly and helpful.
I had an appointment to get my battery replaced in my phone. No one at the store seemed to know what was going on one employee had me go get in the walk in line I had an appointment. Worse customer service. Needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 6; went to this location and no battery; they have to order it and make take 2 weeks. Apple created the problem and lack the replacement within the store. The Lord gives behind not having is do the consumer can purchase another phone. Went into the Mall and guess what I my crack screen replace and got my battery at the same price as Apple. How is small business can take care of consumers and a multi billion can’t.
