Seriously Apple. You need to upgrade your customer service. Takes 20 minutes To go thru your automated process to speak to a human when you are just trying to contact the local store. Now on hold for additional 40 minutes. Even your employees cannot get thru. Fix this!

I’ve had the iTouch, iPhone 4, 5, 6, and 8. Every single one has gotten boot loop. I’m 100% confident this is a tactic to force you into paying for a new phone every two years. The most evil part about it is that they make you lose everything important to you on that phone. This is a despicable company and i am swearing off Apple products forever. Apple, i am a big fan...but what the hell have you done with the new ios 12.1.4 for the xs phones ?? With face id ??? Since the update it has an error - face id will be available when thr iphone will cool down. You are toasting the phones with this one. Do something...

Go back to the old days when I could TRUST Them. EVERYTHING THEY TOUCH NOW BREAKS. I JUST PAID OFF MY IPHONE 7 PLUS AND NOW IT'S REQUIRING ME TO RESTORE TO ORIGINAL FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I LOST ALL MY PHOTOS FROM 2017 BECAUSE THEIR CLOUD, MY IPHONE AND MY IMAC ALL BROKE/DIDN'T WORK LAST YEAR. NOW THIS? SCAM ARTISTS.

Ppl pay thousands of dollars on products. Phones, iPads, and in our case a computer as well. Your customer service should be much better! Wait time is awful and communication is worse when you actually do get to speak to someone. Ridiculous!!!

You sold us out, should have never opened Roger Stones phone! I have iPads iMac n countless phones over the years but now that I know you are just another company out to destroy American values I will never purchase another Apple product from your company as long as my husband and I live.
