The customer service here sucks. My friend had an appointment there today and the (I guess) the greeter/hostess argued with my friend and the guy she took her phone to was very argumentative! I was on the other line and heard everything and was upset for my friend. I do NOT recommend this location for anyone! HOW RUDE OF THEM!!!!

None of the associates actually seem like they truly know what they’re talking about. Often condescending and patronizing. Poor customer service.
RecommendedThe staff here is amazing! We came in around 4:40pm on Thursday March 7th. The woman who helped us get my cracked screen fixed was incredible I wish I could remember her name. (She had multicolored framed glasses, dark hair and tattoos) She did everything she could to help us and was genuine and honest. The Apple support on the phone had given us the wrong information and we drove an hour to get there from our home. Not only did she make sure we were taken care of but she went above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough!
