A feedback from Beijing, China. I bought Iphone 6s Plus and it turns out the quality is not as good as 5s. It crashes every day or twice a day and I can't get a reservation at Genius Bar even I tried 4 weeks already. I went to Sanlitun Apple Store, and the employees there are not nice and treats me like I am an idiot of Apple products. So I guess customer service obviously is not the core value.

It really sucks when after a year your MacBook Pro battery wears down, your computer slows down, and you buy movies AND THEY DONT PLAY. Unfortunately, there is no company better than Apple, but come on is this really the best we can do? It's a good thing the guys down at the Genius Bar know how to get things in order on my Mac.
