It's just a shame that I can't rate a big fat 0! Not only did my iMessage and FaceTime not work, it took Apple 9 months to fix my iMessage then when they did they didn't fix my FaceTime and asked me to do a whole bunch of things like get a new SIM card, test this, do that, buy this! Why did I even call then when I could have just tried to fix it myself! Pathetic customer service, ridiculous product as my FaceTime still doesn't work! And when my iMessage was fixed, they had no idea what happened or how it was fixed! Bye Apple... read more

I know a lot of people have had issues whenever they contact Apple but I've always had good luck especially on the live chat. Although it's not face to face sometimes you get better answers from them than you do at Apple hahah. Hoping to buy my 6 plus soon.
I use Apple iPhone from last 3 years really Apple iPhone experience is better and better so I love apple iPhone . Now i want apple iPhone 7.
