This will be one of multiple places I will be logging my complaint. I just wanted to get my battery replaced on my 2 year old iPhone 6s. I had an appointment on 9/7 at 10:35 am, was told at this first appointment that since my phone had been replaced 2 years ago there was a mismatch with the serial # (or something like that) and I needed to come back after 24 hours . Very disappointed with the 4th gen Apple TV. Bought it for our RV to watch the Dish anywhere app. Was told that I could stream it from my iPad and mirror it to the Apple TV. Spent the money on it only to be disappointed by the low quality of operation. Tv lags terrible and picture is not good. Would not recommend this to anyone looking to do this. Makes no sense that it has the app for the iPhone but not for the Apple TV. Wish I could take this back to the store but instead I’m stuck with it!

Worst customer service ever. Manager was just as bad as the genius that didn’t help me at all and told me my phone was my problem.
Worst customer experience ever. Rude employee who should not be in retail. Very confrontational. If it was not for Mike I would of gone home and returned all my apple products and left them there. No response from any manager yet. Guess not a big deal.

Not here to review the product. I’m just very disappointed ☹️ that iPhone XR doesn’t support live wallpaper. I always want live wallpaper. Since my brother and I have iPhone XR, we’re disappointed ☹️ that live wallpaper doesn’t exist on iPhone XR.
