My phone will say I have no signal then lock me out of my phone Till I get new signal. I have a iPhone 5s and I shouldn't have to fight to get my phone unlocked with no signal but still have wifi connection. I have gotten 2 new SIM cards and it still does the same thing. I had an iPhone 5 however the battery got swollen and I was wondering that if I brought to an Apple store if they would exchange it to an 5s and how much . PS the swollen battery resulted in the damaging of the phone screen making it black however it still makes sound whenever I turn it on just can't see the screen please assist me because I love apple devices, thank you.
