What happened to this company? Twenty plus year Apple fan and customer due to great products and stellar customer service. Customer service has gone down the tubes - trying to make a Applecare+ claim on an Iphone 6s - four days now, two customer reps, two escalated reps and now an executive relations rep. All claim there is system problem on their end - net result is I still dont have my phone fixed and no one seems to be able to do anything - pathetic
Just want to check whether it's only in Australia that Apple certified items are extremely expensive, but also fragile and unreliable? And after-sales service difficult to access, unhelpful and also expensive. I love my iPad Air but it is frustrating that the genuine charging cables cost nearly $60 and keep breaking or failing. I just spent $75 on an HDMI connector and after using it about five times over three weeks, it still works as a connector, but it won't charge anymore.
