Apple is greedy switch to android. They dont care one bit about loyal customers who have been with them for years. Switch to android
Get rid of the robot that answers the phone, and have customer service people who listen rather that ask inane questions that are not relevant.
If you are traveling to Kenya and are depended on your MacBook Pro which is less than a year old; I would not take it as apple service here is literally non-existent. I was stuck for 3 weeks without a lap top. Even after it was taken in for repairs which was to be done in 10 days, it was not done. It’s frustrating that one has got relliant on a Mac which used to be so reliable . I was told apple is so good that they would even replace a product if they can not repair it for you... all hogwash.
