My sister Kimberly G Hollingshed has had the worst customer service with Apple Technical Support teams. I say teams because she has spoken with several senior advisor due to a cell phone activation lock. This problem started on 18 Aug 2019, and here we on 23 September 2019 with no resolution. Prior to speaking to any senior advisors, she spoke to several Apple techs. She has spoken to four senior advisors promising of unlocking the activation lock.
