0 Star! Purchased an iPad Pro less than 2 1/2 years ago. Updated the software as required and now it shuts down every 2 minutes. Took it to the Apple store and the worker tried to restore it and it still does not work! Stating I would have to pay $599 to get a new one! That’s crazy! I will NEVER EVER buy Apple products again! Same thing happened with my Apple 8 iPhone. I purchased an 11 pro. I refuse to purchase anything Apple going forward!!! If I could give them a 0 star I would!!!!
