Ppl pay thousands of dollars on products. Phones, iPads, and in our case a computer as well. Your customer service should be much better! Wait time is awful and communication is worse when you actually do get to speak to someone. Ridiculous!!!
You sold us out, should have never opened Roger Stones phone! I have iPads iMac n countless phones over the years but now that I know you are just another company out to destroy American values I will never purchase another Apple product from your company as long as my husband and I live.

RecommendedI love Apple! I have had an email Password problem with Cox since August, this was caused by Cox in the first place but they would not admit it and could not fix it. They finally did admit that one of the things I needed was down on their website. It had been down for a week. it is still down. In desperation I called Apple. I brought my phone in for repair and my advisor Christopher was having problems getting the iPhone to turn on. He said he was going to be taking care of it and would email the info. I have been trying for months to get my phone back. But supposedly I was never there and never left my phone even though I have a voicemail and they’ve considered this a done deal! They stole my phone and won’t replace it or compensate me. Worst customer service. Apple doesn’t care!!!
I bought an Apple Watch (series4) in November and just last week my Watch was sending me alerts about my heart rate. After a few days of this I went to the drs and found my blood pressure was 160/180. I was sent straight to the hospital. If it wasn’t for getting the watch who knows what would happen. I am forever grateful for Apple.
The Apple Xr screen scratches so easily. I have had iPhones for years and never experienced this. When I took it back to the store, I was not able to return the phone bc they said it was damaged. This was 5 days after purchasing. Now I have a 2nd scratch and haven’t had phone for a month yet. Unless Apple does something, this will be my last Apple phone ever.
