Seriously Apple. You need to upgrade your customer service. Takes 20 minutes To go thru your automated process to speak to a human when you are just trying to contact the local store. Now on hold for additional 40 minutes. Even your employees cannot get thru. Fix this!
I’ve had the iTouch, iPhone 4, 5, 6, and 8. Every single one has gotten boot loop. I’m 100% confident this is a tactic to force you into paying for a new phone every two years. The most evil part about it is that they make you lose everything important to you on that phone. This is a despicable company and i am swearing off Apple products forever. Go back to the old days when I could TRUST Them. EVERYTHING THEY TOUCH NOW BREAKS. I JUST PAID OFF MY IPHONE 7 PLUS AND NOW IT'S REQUIRING ME TO RESTORE TO ORIGINAL FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I LOST ALL MY PHOTOS FROM 2017 BECAUSE THEIR CLOUD, MY IPHONE AND MY IMAC ALL BROKE/DIDN'T WORK LAST YEAR. NOW THIS? SCAM ARTISTS.
