I USED to recommend Apple to everyone. I've been an Apple user since 1988. Minor glitches here and there over the last 30 years, but no real complaints. Now the last update has totally screwed charging the phone. It won't hold a charge. I have to charge it 2 or 3 times a DAY. BEFORE the update I was charging it every other day. I have gone through all the diagnostics and fixes, both in chat support and phone calls. Totally useless. I know I among millions of Apple users and (former) lovers. At this time I am disappointed that the update performed makes my phone not connect to the internet all the time. I have to go out turn off internet and then turn back on before it will work. The people in the store tell me to refresh my phone, which does not work. I need help in getting the phone to work properly
