I can’t believe that I have gone thru this horrible service with Apple. I went to the store and 3 ppl acted as if they where helping me to pass me off to a person on the phone. Then my phone went out after 24 hours of trouble shooting. Then I had no phone for 24 hour to go to the store and they don’t help they tell me we understand you have an issue but u must pay 99 to get a new phone. I came home and my phone is still messed up. And to think I just purchased a Mac book pro and Apple care is this going to be what I will go ... read more

support is not helpful,is more than 20 minutes since I wait for a chat session which was supposed to be with me in two minutes. In 2014 I was sold a Microsoft Office for which the support ended in 2017,so now I am told I must buy a new one. There's no complaint procedure available.Still waiting for that "we'll be with you in about 2 minutes".

My account was stolen from me and they say it never existed worst Customer service in the world Call centres in India are better. I have proof of Purchase and everything else. But Apple doesn’t help

I am only on iPhones. Unfortunately, uncle does not seem to care much of a service fee to 1 inch holes. This is what Siri decided I said when I dictated the following: I am visually impaired and I use voiceover on my iPhone 7. Many people who use the voice so her through iOS experience a similar difficulties. unfortunately, that is far from the only issue I and probably all others, have using voice over. Today I have realised why the market cap of the world's once most valuable company is down in shambles. It isn't because they didn't meet the street's expectations. It is because the company is falling short on customer service and how. I have a brand new iPad pro, of which the tray is stuck. Apple refuses to service it in the guise of "physical damage". I have had the worst experience I've ever had with a computer for the past year, a MacMini 4gb, while Apple agents appeared to be trying their best to help yet must have been fully aware of the computer's incredible short comings. Then, in the end the California staff acted in a bizarre way by calling me in answer to my letter but all now have gone silent. They are not going to deal with this. I've only owned Macs for 30+/- years but seriously considering a major change as I just don't trust the gear or the company.

I just made my first photo book with Mimeo. Disappointed is an understatement. I’ve done apple photo books for years and LOVED them. Please bring that back!
