Can anyone from tech services in Apple hq or the the wannabe "genuis" bar people explain this to me? I have had a 6 Plus for two years. Last month it lagged tremendously slow. Now I can't even send a text when I am in an open area even after it shows having FULL BARS! And you know what the other $#!T is? Even WITH wifi I STILL cannot send a simple text message.
