Good day I got really good service this morning from May. i had a quick chat with her online. Definitely best service in a long time :) Keep up the good work and high standards :)
Terrible customer service - now spent 4 hours on the phone trying to sort out a problem ( it won't work!) they have refused to refer us to 'a supervisor' as there aren't any and won't give me a new phone (although EE have said there is a problem with the phone). So fed up with them - they basically hung up on us at they end of the advisors shift!
