I reported my year old Mac touchbar not working properly to Apple support and while trying to fix it they crashed it. They expected me to pay $1,140 to fix it.

RecommendedI USED to recommend Apple to everyone. I've been an Apple user since 1988. Minor glitches here and there over the last 30 years, but no real complaints. Now the last update has totally screwed charging the phone. It won't hold a charge. I have to charge it 2 or 3 times a DAY. BEFORE the update I was charging it every other day.
