Be careful if you go to this store to upgrade your phone. They make the interest free payments sound easy, what they don’t tell you, until after you do it and call them out, is that you wind up with a hard credit inquiry. Matt never mentioned that to me or I would have just paid for the phone in full. Not cool Apple, not cool at all.
At this time I am disappointed that the update performed makes my phone not connect to the internet all the time. I have to go out turn off internet and then turn back on before it will work. The people in the store tell me to refresh my phone, which does not work. I need help in getting the phone to work properly

My AirPods were stolen. I have box and prof of purchase and they (the person who took them ) were able pair them without any security. At near € 180 surly there should be some form of security . Very disappointing considering the price. Not happy apple
Saw green flicking line appear on iPhone XS and send in for a check . QCD west gate did a diagnostic check and everything is good . Sad is that they cannot explain why the green flicking line come and go. And to my surprise they say the exterior wet indicator had trigger. I went Wild Wild Wet with my children and we are always on the surface. The phone didn’t even submerged into the water. How come the wet indicator will trigger? Not here to review a product but I am here to say I'm disappointed in you guys, you guys are willing to help people on the other side of the world with a cathedral but you won't help those from flint Michigan who need clean water from you're own country you guys need to get your priorities straight.
