Apple Columbia admitted that their update corrupted my iphone 7 so that it couldn’t connect to the network but will not repair it unless I pay 150 to get my cracked screen fixed(separate issue that has nothing to do with the network)... so they basically turned my phone into a brick and then told me I need 150 to make it work again. With all the money they have they could hire some good programmers….it is piss poor programing that you cannot delete all photos from iPhone 8 no matter how they got there...deleting photos with iTunes sync is crap....fire the entire programing division and hire someone that know what they are doing...program the iPhone to delete any photo period.
when your customer has had THREE brand new iPads each have logic board failures in THREE months, I would expect the response to be different than “the trade in value isn’t a lot so we’ll replace this for you and you might as well sell it on Facebook for more money so you can buy something else” Would love a response from the company who stands by their “excellent” customer service... #switchingtowindows #apple
Terrible people they completely screw you and sell you on warranties that have no use. No idea when they expire and treat like absolute trash. Very disappointed in the apple brand it definitely is falling short and I believe it is time to make the almighty switch over to android. I am in disbelief of the way they conduct there business.
My iPhone XS is purchased 3 days before.. it is giving random call drop — very frustrating. I have purchased a problem by 1094 dollars from apple store, USA. Wake up Apple! Your products quality is going down day by day.
