I brought my phone in for repair and my advisor Christopher was having problems getting the iPhone to turn on. He said he was going to be taking care of it and would email the info. I have been trying for months to get my phone back. But supposedly I was never there and never left my phone even though I have a voicemail and they’ve considered this a done deal! They stole my phone and won’t replace it or compensate me. Worst customer service. Apple doesn’t care!!!
RecommendedI bought an Apple Watch (series4) in November and just last week my Watch was sending me alerts about my heart rate. After a few days of this I went to the drs and found my blood pressure was 160/180. I was sent straight to the hospital. If it wasn’t for getting the watch who knows what would happen. I am forever grateful for Apple.
The Apple Xr screen scratches so easily. I have had iPhones for years and never experienced this. When I took it back to the store, I was not able to return the phone bc they said it was damaged. This was 5 days after purchasing. Now I have a 2nd scratch and haven’t had phone for a month yet. Unless Apple does something, this will be my last Apple phone ever.
It was not the service. It’s the product, I had an Apple Watch just over 2 years old and the pixels are all messed up. Told me it cost $200.00 for a new watch face. I’m wondering if that means the strap is also $200.00 since I paid over $400.00 for it. This will be my last apple product. I have a phone and a new iPad. Very disappointed.

I can’t believe that I have gone thru this horrible service with Apple. I went to the store and 3 ppl acted as if they where helping me to pass me off to a person on the phone. Then my phone went out after 24 hours of trouble shooting. Then I had no phone for 24 hour to go to the store and they don’t help they tell me we understand you have an issue but u must pay 99 to get a new phone. I came home and my phone is still messed up. And to think I just purchased a Mac book pro and Apple care is this going to be what I will go ... read more
support is not helpful,is more than 20 minutes since I wait for a chat session which was supposed to be with me in two minutes. In 2014 I was sold a Microsoft Office for which the support ended in 2017,so now I am told I must buy a new one. There's no complaint procedure available.Still waiting for that "we'll be with you in about 2 minutes".
My account was stolen from me and they say it never existed worst Customer service in the world Call centres in India are better. I have proof of Purchase and everything else. But Apple doesn’t help
