Yesterday I update my iPhone 7 Plus with the latest software. Went to take off the photos and apps I don’t use and the phone crashed. Evidently there’s a new update just for my phone so this must be a known issue. I’m going to lose some of my photos and videos from the last few years now. The supposed “more secure” Two-Step Authentication has put people trying to find their phones and away from home (and other devises) in a terrible loop, so they cannot find their phones! If I lose my phone, I promise it will not be replaced with an Apple IPhone! Make the two step an option again. I want it turned off!! Security without a locked loop!!!
I had an Apple Watch series 3, 38mm with Apple care. It hat a lot technical issues so I went to the store. Reinstalling the watch with them did not fix the problem so I called. They promised me to send a replacement but first they mistake the address and second they sent me a refurbished 42mm one. The apple Care that it was payed for disappeared from both divides. RecommendedYou don’t expect Apple to provide pathetic support for the quality products they are selling. It is taking B2X to replace my faulty pencil 2 more than 1 1/2 months and I am yet to receive response from them. I have submitted one Apple 2 pencil here in India at B2X which is authorised service centre and I am struggling to get my pencil back. Every time I am asking for the same, I was told that apple is not shipping the product I don’t know who is at fault, but I am sure being a customer I am suffering.
It not worth the wait .i had to wait way too long .
