Brought phone is for service, due not working after new software up date. Phone completely off!!! Apple send out for service get a call to come and pick up. Try to active it with carrier but unable because they switch my phone with a Sprint carrier. NEVER in my life had I had Sprint. I have been with same carrier for 10 years. The two “genius” they try helping, are hinting I switch the phone!!! This is what I brought to the store get fixed.
