I am very unhappy with Apple right now. My 5C phone has "died" and won't power on. Apple Store couldn't get it to work. I NEVER use my phone other than for playing songs at the gym. I bought it new when it came out and probably haven't made 20 calls on it; just bought it for emergencies. I could see if it was overused or abused, but it's like brand new, but I can't even get a rebate on it for a newer model because it won't turn on. Worse customer service that I received. The supervisor was rude and unwilling to help solve my problem. Really considering getting a Samsung.
