Very professional, knowledgeable and affable. Didn’t have to wait. Staff all amazingly pleasant.
I saw Dr. Avery last year when I had to have my second ACL reconstruction surgery. He is really knowledgeable about how the body works and told me things about my knee that other surgeons didn't see on my MRI. Also, the entire staff at all Ortho VA locations are really friendly and very helpful as well. Overall, I'm so glad I went to Dr. Avery and highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you!!
Doctor saw me close to my appointment and clearly explained what was causing my issue.
We met Dr. Avery in the ER and since then he has been providing excellent care for a broken arm as the result of a freak fall. He clearly explained worst and best case scenarios and was both competent in resetting the break and very compassionate with our son during the monitoring and healing process. We would recommend him to others!
Dr. Avery is great! This was our second time seeing him. Very caring and thorough. He listened to my 13yo daughter and answered all our questions.
Dr. Anthony Avery did my hip replacement surgery. I am 76 years old. I broke my hip when I was 75 years old, and he did my emergency hip surgery. He did a flawless procedure and my implanted hip is perfect. I can walk so well now, his procedure basically saved me.
