Spent a little more time than usual waiting, but got solid medical advice and treatment. Dr Avery is always clear and informative.

Met Dr. Avery via a telehealth visit since I did not wish to meet in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Avery was thorough and efficient, easily diagnosing my condition over video with targeted questions as to my range of motion limitations and areas of pain, and recommended three ways I could ease my pain at home. I’m already feeling relief in my joint as well as peace of mind. Will gladly visit the office in-person if need be in the future.

We did a video/phone visit. Dr. A. Avery was on time, accommodating, and clearly knowledgeable about both orthopedics and technology (and alternative apps when one doesn’t quite work).

I was dreading taking my daughter to see an orthopedic surgeon for a sports-related injury. One too many stories of surgeons wanting to get in a knee joint and “clean it up” etc. But I finally bit the bullet because my daughter kept complaining of pain. Dr Avery was wonderful! He spoke to my 15 year old in plain English but didn’t treat her like an idiot. I could tell right away he was experienced and knowledgeable, and the best part is he didn’t have a superiority complex that many surgeons have. He was very easy to be arou... read more
