I would recommend Dr Avery in a heartbeat to all those sports enthusiasts - my love for dance and cardio workouts has put me out with knee problems several times. Knee issues.
Dr Avery operated to place a plate on my collarbone after previous ortho chose not to immediately after my accident 4 months earlier. I couldn't be happier with the results and the entire process with Dr. Avery.
I had Dr. Anthony Avery do my second ACL reconstruction surgery and he did a fabulous job. The entire staff was amazing from the time I saw Dr. Avery to having surgery the following week to now 4 months post surgery. Dr. Avery is very intelligent and really has great insight when it comes to orthopedic injuries. I don’t do reviews often but this one is warranted. I started going to Dr. Avery in July 2020. He came highly recommended from my GP. I was “blessed” with terrible knees and a love of sports. Dr. Avery has been great at providing me with all of my options and the pros and cons for each. He understands how much I want to get back to being active, but is not quick to cut you open if there is an alternative option. This is a good and rare quality in a surgeon.
