I'm a little shocked by the review left in December 2023. My family's experience with Dr. Anthony Avery (as well as with his father, Dr. Gordon Avery) has been nothing short of exceptional. He is personable and goes above and beyond in explaining injuries and providing treatment. Dr. A. Avery and Dr. G. Dr Avery is always in demand yet he has taken time with me to answer questions and offer his recommendations . I ve seen him 6 times over the last 4 years and am very satisfied with his services.
Walked in the room and didn’t even speak or introduce himself just went straight to my chart. Nonchalant and uncaring.
I have had exceptional care with Dr. Avery over the years with a both a successful hip replacement and most recently a rotator cuff surgery, which also required the labrum and bicep to be repaired at that time. Several years prior to the hip needing replaced, Dr Avery also repaired the labrum and performed a cam debridement. Recently had a biceps repair surgery. Dr. Avery preformed the repair and now I’m back do doing everything I was pre injury! Great doctor and a nice guy!
Dr Avery has per formed two new hips and a new knee on me — all excellent. He’s a great surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Avery is by far the best orthopedist I’ve seen. I could not recommend him more highly. He is incredibly thorough and practical.
My husband had shoulder surgery and I had meniscus surgery for my knee. We have been very happy with the results. Dr. Avery is not only a very good doctor but also has a very nice personality.
Entire team very friendly, upbeat and Dr. Avery make a quick and efficient assessment and for me what I needed. Only thing keeping me from eating as 5 was amount of time I had to wait.
