A great place! Staff was caring and Dr Miller was great. Explained everything in detail before treating and especially after the exam. Will I use them again...yes I most certainly will. Caring and affordable! Thank you very much!
We took a puppy to them yesterday, Thanksgiving Day, that we found out in the country in the woods on the side of the road that was injured and sick. They helped us as much as they could, but we still lost her last night. Good people.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful!! After they examined my sweet dog it was determined that she had a mass and I made the difficult decision to put her to sleep. She was elderly and I did not want her to suffer. The entire staff was so kind and patient with me in hysterics. I wish they saw animals as "regular" vets! I would be first in line. Absolutely the best emergency/specialty clinic I have used. One of my Dachshunds had back surgery there at the recommendation of my primary veterinarian. Dr. Rudd, the chief surgeon there was amazing and after surgery, my dog is ad good as new. The entire staff is polite and caring to both the pets and the client. I proudly give them the best recommendation possible
Today my husband and I had to make the terribly hard decision to put a cat down who came into our lives just a few hours prior. She was sick and I won't go into details because it's graphic. She was the sweetest cat even in her darkest hours and from the time we stepped in the door to the time we left we were treated with such good care and love. I absolutely cannot put into words how caring, informative, compassionate, and patient they have been with me and my husband through this difficult time. Our baby was diagnosed with parvo and they gave us all of our treatment options, cost estimates, and the success rate percentage of the care they could give him. I am able to call and check on him WHENEVER I want. Everyone here from the receptionists, techs, and doctors are beyond comparable to anyone I've ever delt with regarding my dogs care.
Big thank you to Dr. Cullen Domaracki and his staff for taking care of our Lola. And a special thank you to Matt for being so friendly and personal!
Dr Miller is so very kind and took the time to explain all of the options to us when our Annie was ill. The staff is so friendly and encouraging as well. Our new go-to place for after hours care!
