Our dog, Bubba was diagnosed with melanoma and we were referred to the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center for treatment. I can't thank them enough. They treated us and our dog with the utmost compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.
Brought my fur baby in to meet with one of the specialists and everyone there was absolutely amazing! Totally friendly and caring, they are also very up front about pricing and provide you with options. Definitely recommend this place!!!!
They were amazing! They took care of our dog that swallowed a fish hook. Great staff. Very modern and up to date on technology. I hope we don't need them again but if we do, we'll go back.
If I could give this place a 0 I DEFINITELY would rush my dog up here to sit in a room for 4 hrs being told it's be best to just put him down and wanting us to freakin pay 3600 bucks before they do ANYTHING "note they were telling me and my wife what was wrong with him without taking blood stool sample or anything" I should have had to pay the $95 visit fee it's the most un-caring vet office I've been in I'm glad my vet in Dalton was actually able to do tests and give us answers instead of telling us just to put him down sor... read more
Sick cat and after waiting for 45 minutes at another vet place. We went to the emergency clinic.They started right away to find out want was wrong , We were pleased with the service. Glad we have one close to our house.
Wonderful facility and staff! Very professional staff treated our pet, and us, with great care and compassion. They keep you informed at every step and present a wide range of treatment options as to tailor your pet's care. They are sensitive to both the financial and emotional aspects of care, yet honest and practical with recommendations for each case. The care our pet received there was literally life saving and so much appreciated!
I highly reccomend this facility! Dr. Fanta & staff really know their stuff. They are professional in every aspect yet so compassionate. Thank you for your services when we brought our little Shih Tzu in for her heart condition.👍
