We had to bring one of our kittens in early on a Sunday morning due to an emergency. It turned out the kitten was suffering from a severe neurological disorder, and, unfortunately, she did not survive. However, every staff member we encountered (from the front desk to the technician staff to the veterinarian) were kind, compassionate, and understanding. Took a friend in with a 3 week old kitten, when we got there he was upfront about only having $100. The vet wouldn't even look at the kitten, the vet tech told him per the vet that it would $500 or $200 to euthanize the kitten- but since he had $100 they would euthanize the kitten for $100. And he called & was informed the exam was $95 before we even drove there. The kitten died later that night- the vets office was willing to compromise on the price to euthanize the kitten but not on the price to exam or treat the kitten. R... read more
Amazing care from the entire team. Special kudos to Dr Fanta. She was so good at diagnosing and treating Sadie even when Sadie had a respiratory event. She called me and kept me updated two times each day. I love our regular vet but you will not beat this practice for an emergency.
All the staff we came in contact with were very kind to us and did their best to help our precious Zoe . A Five Star facility and staff for sure. Wish you had your facility here in Jacksonville, FL
Doctor did the perfect thing late on a Saturday night for our little 5 month old puppy who had broken his leg in two places. He immobilized it until we could get to our vet on Monday for surgery. Thank you for your help.
We came in late one night, very traumatized because my late mother's cat had been injured. The staff and doctors were incredible. They cared and they listened. They have us multiple options on treatment at multiple price points. My cat ended up spending the night and when I went to get him the next morning, the staff that was there was equally as wonderful as the overnight staff. No one ever wants to need an emergency animal hospital, but I will forever use these folks!! Thank you for saving my Murphy!
