My friends dog was misdiagnosed over the weekend. Unfortunately two days later her 3 year old lab passed away.
Brought my dog in on Sunday and she was treated for worms and she died on Wednesday. No blood work was done.
They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Made our boxer feel so comfortable while they examined her. Took the time to explain the procedures and cost of each one. Their staff is awesome!! Played and talk with our boxer the whole time to help keep her calm. We came in with our boxer having a pulled muscle in her right leg. They made her and us feel like she was the only patient there. 5 star rating!!!!

We had to take our furbaby in for emergency surgery last week, and we had a great experience! Their service was quick, cost-effective, and they seemed to truly care about what was best for our dog. The aftercare instructions were thoroughly explained, and our dog has recovered perfectly thus far.
We took Ruffie in Friday evening. The staff was amazing. They treated her (and us) like family!
I just wanted to say Thank You to such a kind and caring staff. Each and every one there this morning showed such care and concern. My Lucy (17 1/2 y/o) was in distress with a bowl blockage and is showing signs of renal disease. I know my time with her is limited but they took excellent care of her. She's not doing great but she is doing better. She got a special treat of Tuna when we got home and ate well and is drinking water as she should.
